Resources: Leadership and Vision

ICT can have a significant impact on teaching, learning and school planning and administration. It offers learners opportunities to realise their individual potential and teachers new opportunities to develop professional skills in the classroom. To ensure that schools reap the benefits that ICT can bring and to prepare pupils for life in a world that is increasingly dependant upon ICT good school planning is essential. ICT planning needs to be managed and coordinated across the curriculum and school.

Webwise

Webwise is the current NCTE Internet safety initiative. Webwise provides parents, teachers, and children with educational resources, advice and information about potential dangers on the Internet and empowers users to minimise or avoid these risks.
