Two more schools have achieved Digital Status. The schools are St. Clare's Primary School, Harold's Cross in Dublin and Aglish National School, Cappoquin Co. Waterford.

The Principal of St Clare's Primary is Maria Spring and the ICT Coordinator is Kate Rooney. St Clare's has been developing and building on its ICT resources for many years and the investment in ICT and their use is well planned and is supported by the BOM. The use of ICT appears to be universal throughout the school. There is a sense of continuity and freshness not just in ICT use but evidence also of a general desire among staff to develop and improve their service to learning. The ease of use of ICT in this school by all staff is refreshing. Congratulatios to all staff and students.

Aglish National School is a relatively small school. The Principal in Aglish National School is Ronan Culloo who is also the ICT Coordinator. Ronan is very forward thinking in the usage of ICT in education and has a great commitment to its development. Congratulations also to all the staff of Aglish who are equally enthusiastic and of course the pupils are very active in the usage of ICT and have a very positive attitude to its use in the classroom.
